General Program Information

Although every effort is made to ensure the contents of this online program guide are correct, periodically errors do occur or circumstances change. OSCA reserves the right to make changes as required.

Cancellations

OSCA reserves the right to cancel programs. This will only be done when circumstances deem it necessary. Every effort will be made to notify participants if this should happen. Participants will have the option of transferring to another class or receiving a 100% refund.

Why Good Courses Get Cancelled

Last minute registrations may be too late. Five business days before a class is scheduled to start, the enrolment will be reviewed. If the minimum number of required participants has not been met, then the class will be cancelled. Please register early!

Class Size

Safety, quality and costs are the prime considerations when determining class size.

Holidays

Programs will NOT be held on statutory holidays unless indicated otherwise.

Look Ma, My Picture Is In The Brochure

From time to time we take pictures of programs and participants. Sometimes we put these pictures in our brochure or on our website. If you have any objection to a picture of you or your child being printed, please let us know and/or indicate in the appropriate box at time of registration.
