If your child is registered in our March Break Camps (March Quest, EBTKS, Pottery Camp, RPG Camp) save time by filling out the paperwork ahead of time! Just download and print the PDF form, fill it out and sign it, and bring it to the Firehall. One form is needed per child.

Also, if your child requires medication or has severe allergies please download the Medication Administration Consent and Medication Request forms. Fill them out and bring along on the first day of camp along with any and all required items identified in the forms. Reminder: If your child requires an EPIPEN please send along 2 (two) every day.
