New in the Firehall Fitness Centre: Dual Adjustable Pulley

There's a new exercise machine in the Firehall Fitness Centre: a brand new Signature Series Dual Adjustable Pulley. The Dual Adjustable Pulley allows for high-speed movements for sport-specific training, and a wide variety of exercises.

Introduction to Mindfulness Rescheduled: Sat. May 14, 2016

The date for Tanya Smith's Introduction to Mindfulness workshop has been moved to May 14th. Mindfulness is a technique, often associated with meditation, which has been formalized and practiced for nearly 40 years, and has been found in large sample studies to be effective in reducing perceived stress. We are very excited to be hosting Tanya's Mindfulness workshop at OSCA.

OSCA's Parent Run Soccer Program is Open for Registration!

OSCA's Parent Run Soccer Program is aimed at kids who are interested in playing soccer on community based co-ed teams, which emphasize keeping active and having fun. This program teaches kids the basic skills of soccer through drills, activities, and teamwork, in addition to active games of soccer.
