Volunteer Awards Program Terms of Reference

  1. OSCA establishes a volunteer recognition program consisting of two awards:

    • outstanding volunteer(s) for the year
    • outstanding lifetime volunteer(s)

    to be awarded to individuals who make an exceptional contribution to the community of Old Ottawa South in support of the objectives of OSCA as defined in the bylaws.

2009 Volunteer Award Winners

Outstanding Lifetime Volunteers Honoured

Two longtime Old Ottawa South volunteers were recognized at the OSCA Annual General Meeting in May, becoming the first recipients of the Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer Awards, part of the Association's newly established Volunteer Recognition Program.

David Bouse and Gary Lum were both awarded an Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer award for their many years of important contributions to our community.
