The Old Ottawa South Community Association (OSCA) collaborated with 3 other community associations to call on the NCC and Parks Canada to reconsider their involvement in the Lansdowne Urban Park Competition and development process on April 30th, and released their letters to the press.
The associations represent the "heart of Ottawa" and is comprised of OSCA, Centretown Citizens CA, the Glebe CA, and the Ottawa East CA.
