The OCDSB Working Group partners for Old Ottawa South and Hopewell Public School produced a "Minority Report" and presented it to the School Boad last night, Nov. 30, 2011. Written and supported by Jenny Haysom (for OSCA) and Neil Hill (for Hopewell Avenue Public School), it clarifies the position they are taking on the "Accommodation Issue" of inner-city school overcrowding and program imbalance.
