Capital Daycare is situated in the large open room of the basement of Trinity Anglican Church. Children are accepted from the age of 18 months to 5 years.
The centre staff are trained in Early Childhood Education. Parents form the Board of Directors that is responsible for policy decisions. The Centre is open 12 months a year with the exception of statutory holidays. A hot lunch and 2 nutritious snacks are provided daily.
Fees are prepaid on a monthly basis. Fee subsidies are available from the Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton for families who meet the qualifications. Admission priority is given to students and members of the Carleton University community.
