Our programs are rich in discovery with learning activities that are designed and implemented by our fully qualified Early Childhood Educators. Colonel By Child Care Centre is situated on one of Canada's most beautiful campuses (Carleton University). Bordered by the Rideau Canal and the Rideau River and surrounded by park lands, the campus is an oasis of water and green space, just minutes away from Parliament Hill and downtown Ottawa.
