After OSCA webmaster Chris Solar reported on this website that little Jack, only 5 years old, had had his bike stolen, a neighbour surprised him with the gift of a new bike. The unnamed neighbour said he'd found a child's bike in the garbage. Jack is apparently thrilled with the new bike. The full story can be read in the Ottawa East EMC.
