Environmental activist, former Green Party deputy leader, and Old Ottawa South resident David Chernushenko has thrown his hat into the race for councillor of Capital Ward.
Other nominations for Capital Ward include former Glebe Community Association President Bob Brocklebank, public affairs advocate and lobbyist Isabel Metcalfe, Mano Hadavand, Ron Le Blanc. Clive Doucet, the incumbent councillor, has not declared his intention to run. Ottawans go to the polls on Monday, October 25, 2010.
