There will be an Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) hearing about the redevelopment of 9 Rosedale Avenue on Wed., Feb. 1, at 10 am at the Heritage Building at 110 Laurier Ave., Ottawa City Hall. The developer plans to demolish this historic 90-year-old English-cottage-style house, a former Bed & Breakfast home, and replace it with two 3-storey semi-detached homes that will fill the vast majority of the property.
