Guidelines for Main Hall Rental

The following information document has been created by the Special Events Committee to simplify the process of using the Firehall for community events.
1. Check availability of Firehall (613-247-4946) – capacity of Main Hall is 160 BUT 120 for sit down dinner.
2. Events must end by 11 pm with an hour for cleanup. The group holding the event must leave the space as they found it.
3. If event is responsibility of OSCA Special Events Committee, OSCA Board will sponsor – contact is OSCA Executive Director, 613-247-4872 . The OSCA Board requires 20% of event revenues to cover costs such as HST, E-registration costs, insurance etc.
OSCA Windsor Park Art Show: Call to Artists

OSCA proudly presents the second annual OSCA Windsor Park Art Show on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at Windsor Park, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This event features over 40 local artists and artisans and live music for a one-day community festival that celebrates local art.
Artists who are interested in registering for the event may do so with our online registration at www.oldottawasouth.ca or in person at the Firehall at 260 Sunnyside Avenue or by phone at 613-247-4946. Note that the deadline to register has been extended to May 15th. Each 10 ft by 10ft space costs $50.

Breakfast with Santa: Sun. Dec. 9th at the Firehall

Join OSCA for a free pancake breakfast to the first 150 people. Enjoy face painting, holiday crafts, decorate cookies from Yummy Cookies. Santa will give a quick appearance to hand out candy canes. Donations of food for the Ottawa Food Bank will be accepted in lieu of an entrance fee.
Join us after breakfast for a Christmas movie at the Mayfair Theatre at 1pm in support of OSCA programs. Bring the family and come support a great cause!
