How many times have you woken up in the morning feeling stiff, tense, and tired? Have you ever tried self-massage and stretching exercises in bed before getting up?
This workshop is designed to explore ways of preventing and alleviating morning stiffness and sluggishness in a comfortable and enjoyable way to ease you into your day.
Using the techniques taught, you will be able to create your own morning energizing routine to fit your schedule. Whether you give yourself a gift of 10 minutes or 30 minutes every morning, your body will thank you for it. This introductory workshop will be limited to six participants.
This workshop is presented by Larissa Gough, Naturotherapist and Wellness Consultant. Please bring two pillows from your bed and dress comfortably - pajamas are acceptable!!
