Joan DeBardeleben, Chancellor's Professor, Institute of European, Russian and Eurasian Studies and Director of the Centre for European Studies (CES) will present the Davidson Dunton Research Lecture "From Walls to Fences: Understanding Europe's New East-West Divide" in the Senate Room, Robertson Hall, at 4:00 p.m.

The talk is free and open to the public. Carleton has vast expertise in both Russian and EU Studies,  including the designation of CES as an EU Centre of Excellence (EUCE) and co-ordinator of the Canadian EUCE network.
