FIFTH TOWN Artisan Cheese Co. is putting on a little demo at Serious
Cheese On Sun. 7 and another one on Sat. 13.  Come in and enjoy A
fantastic tasting session with a variety of some of the finest Ontario
cheeses. Sample a variety of handmade fresh, soft ripened and hard,
cave-aged goat and sheep milk cheeses inspired by well-known cheese
styles like Chevre, Feta, Whey Ricotta, Quark and Tomme de Savoie - to
name a few. Out of Prince Edward County Fifth Town honours the rich
heritage of the area to the great cheese making region of past.

We will be doing some:

Special features, discussions/wine pairings, sampling and an
introduction to our fine imported French Olives.
