Purpose of this joint meeting is to consider the Lansdowne Transportation Impact and Assessment Study and Transportation Demand Management Plan.

Joint Committee will be deciding on whether to allow sole-sourcing of the study to Delcan--although other city contracts must be tendered according to standard City procurement practices (not sole-sourced). It will require a motion at Committee and Council to re-establish competitive bids for this contract.
